We run a variety of Retreats, from One Day Retreats in the New Forest, to extended weekends away in Anglesey, Launceston Farm, the New Forest and Glastonbury.
Using the practices of Qigong, Restorative/Yin Yoga, and Energy Healing, these Retreats will enable you to nourish yourself from the inside out, creating valuable space outside of busy day-to-day life to restore, revitalise and recharge.
Our popular One Day Retreats are themed, based on the Chinese Five Element Theory and corresponding seasons and organs, helping us to support the relevant systems and optimise internal health throughout the year.

Step away from the hustle and bustle this December and join us for a transformative morning of movement, rejuvenation and restoration.
Using a blend of healing practices, Qigong, Self-massage, Somatic Yoga & Yin yoga, this workshop will provide the perfect winter tonic to build our reserves and prepare us for the colder months ahead. Â
With a focus on supporting both Metal and Water elements in Chinese medicine, we will give body and mind an opportunity to slow down, turn inwards and open to our inner potential. Â
What will the day include?

Qigong – a grounding practice of mindful movement designed to clear and balance our energy, helping to create a sense of well-being and calm. Â
Somatic & Yin yoga – a supportive and nourishing practice on the floor, designed to soothe the nervous system, unwind strain and fatigue, and build deep vitality.      Â
No previous experience necessary as the day will be designed to accommodate all levels and abilities. Â
Cost ÂŁ60pp or ÂŁ55 each for 2 places booked together. Â Includes tea/coffee & sweet treats.
